Who are we?

Tracy Mayo

With a primary team of four, Tracy Mayo is the Founder and Business Manager of Forever Memorials Ltd. Tracy was born and grew up in Evesham and has 11 years experience in the memorial business. Previously Tracy was a government employee for 20 years, specialising in Customer Service Excellence and Business Improvement. With an extensive and varied work experience background and a love for art, design and creativity, Tracy has a portfolio of skills and qualifications, all which enable her to achieve the best for her customers.

Simon Mayo

Alongside Tracy, she has the support of her Husband Simon who is a qualified architectural stonemason with over 35 years of experience and was trained in Bath.  He is also now the lead qualified BRAMM fitter for Forever Memorials. Simon previously had his own stonemasonry business which he sold, to become a partner with Tracy in both business and their personal life, securing their partnership with a wedding in January 2026.  Having worked on high-end stone masonry projects including new builds, restoration, renovation and repair of listed and non-listed historic buildings, Simon’s craftmanship is carried out to the highest standard with precise attention to detail and sensitivity to his clients’ needs.  Simon has the skills to hand carve headstones in the workshop as his experience in architectural stonemasonry working to customers bespoke specifications and designs is second to none.  Simon loves manufacturing and installing headstones, “it is one of the most rewarding things I have ever done in my working life” he says, “and being a Blockley born lad, working in the local areas on such personal memorials is amazing”.   

Janice Graham

Tracy’s Mum Janice is one of the memorial designers and brings extensive skills to the headstone designs.  She has been part of the team since day one and even though she could retire, she loves what she does and is reluctant to leave a wonderful workplace with such a rewarding role.

Heidi Mason

Heidi is new to the team, joining in 2025.  She is a close family friend and worked alongside Tracy in the DWP for many years.  After having her family and returning to work, Tracy was keen to employ Heidi for her exceptional customer service and organisational skills.  Heidi joined the team without hesitation and is training to become a memorial designer.  “It is a great place to work and a very rewarding job that I have enjoyed from day one” says Heidi.     

Brian Lovell

Brian is the newest member of the team and is the future Son-in-law of Tracy and Simon.  He is skilled in building and landscaping, and he is learning the process of manufacturing and installing memorials to become a fully qualified BRAMM fitter.  Brian also loves the work we do, “I find it very enjoyable, I have never liked a job as much as this one.  The meaning behind the work we do and seeing how much it means to the customers makes it a pleasure to do.”

What do we do?

Our primary work is supplying memorials in the form of headstones, cremation tablets and kerbsets. 

We also supply smaller items, such as ashes jewellery and ornaments to larger bespoke headstones. 

Based in Evesham we work with residents, but we also work further afield covering Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Warwickshire and The Cotswolds. We will work anywhere in the UK, so if you like our memorials and our services, and we can be more cost effective for you with travel costs included, then we will happily install memorials anywhere.  To date we have been as far as Devon and London!

Our team are empathetic, kind and caring, and with our professionalism and creativity we love supporting families in designing the perfect memorial for those they have loved and lost. We have all experienced personal loss, young and old, so we understand how important this is, how hard it can be and what this means to you.

We offer a wide range of memorial types including: stone memorials (headstones, kerb-sets, cremation tablets), urns, grave ornaments, jewellery, pet memorials and more.

Our memorials are designed by us, created in house and we use the best suppliers for our stone. We fit all memorials to the BRAMM (British Register of Accredited Memorial Masons) regulations and BS 8415 standards.
